the relationship with the body has never been as complex and preponderant as it is today, hence the success of aesthetic medicine practiced for its physical and psychological benefits.<\/p><p>According to IMCAS, injections have indeed been growing in popularity since 2018, with an annual growth rate of 9.2%.\u00a0<\/p><p>In this context, more and more general practitioners and specialists, such as phlebologists, are diversifying their activities and turning to aesthetic medicine.\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">The assets of aesthetic phlebology combined with the expertise of vascular anatomy, thus contribute to bring to aesthetic medicine a more global and secure care of the patient. <\/span><\/p><p>This dissertation will thus address the bridge between phlebology and aesthetic medicine.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section certain concomitance between the precise gesture of the phlebologist and that of the aesthetic doctor which consists in injecting at a precise place, by avoiding the risk of complications related to the injections in the arteries<strong>.&nbsp; <\/strong>As a result, many patients spontaneously wonder about the proximity of the two fields and, <em>in fine<\/em>The relevance of the complementarity of the two fields is highlighted.<\/p>\n<p>Doppler ultrasound can be considered as a pre-treatment tool for the prevention of vascular complications during filling injections to correct for example: nasolabial folds, treatment of the glabellar area and the nose, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, innovative devices more and more miniaturized and digital are available such as<strong> the Clarius high definition portable ultrasound<\/strong> dedicated to aesthetics: it allows a clear visualization of the facial and superficial anatomy in real time in order to safely guide the procedures, including the injection of filling products.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, <strong>ultrasound<\/strong> is a non-invasive tool that is particularly useful for treating one of the dreaded post-injection complications such as post-filling granuloma, by precisely indicating its location. This allows for a targeted and safe procedure of hyaluronidase injection or other treatments (corticosteroids, 5 fluorouracil 5FUI) as well as the evolutionary follow-up of the granuloma.<\/p>\n<p>Among the techniques used in phlebology, we can also mention <strong>transillumination<\/strong> which is based on the use of a non-invasive device. This technique allows very precise visualization of small caliber veins located between 0 and 3 mm deep in the tissue under the skin. <strong>This method is transposable to the face<\/strong>It is of particular interest for clearly locating the temporal, periorbital and nasal veins,
