Hugues Cartier is in charge of IMCAS global course coordinator for all IMCAS congresses. <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>

He is also associate editor for Dermatology Therapy. <\/em><\/strong>Dermatologist, phlebologist and dermlaserist at the Clinic Saint-Jean, Arras, France.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>He is also the chief of wound care in the dermatology department of Arras Hospital.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Dr. Cartier is the vice-president of the \"Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Fran\u00e7aise de M\u00e9decine Esth\u00e9tique\". <\/em><\/strong>and past-president of the \"Groupe Laser de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Fran\u00e7aise de Dermatologie\".\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>He is also course coordinator of the \"Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Belge de M\u00e9decine Esth\u00e9tique\".<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

1. Does the advent in the field of anti-ageing medicine of a new bilingual English and French journal, paper and digital like L&M, seem to you to fill a gap? Originality? Scientific quality, artistic quality?\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

A \/ Certainly. What is remarkable is that it was initiated by French people. If I draw a parallel with IMCAS, I think we should not be ashamed of what we produce in this field of anti-aging medicine. So, forward! This journal should fall between a somewhat austere scientific journal and a magazine.<\/strong><\/p>

B \/ The dematerialization of information makes it possible to reach more people and to be able to give it back at any time. The mode of support is not just a question of generation, it is current events. Digitization is essential for updates, indexed research of themes, video insertion and management of partners associated with this project<\/strong><\/p>

As with hybrid conferences, there will always be those who want face-to-face or paper, or simply to be able to give themselves the choice. The paper medium is not a question of generation, it brings something that a digital screen cannot have: touch! And that's important in anti-aging medicine.<\/strong><\/p>

C \/ Originality and scientific quality will come with the choice of themes, the scientific rigor of the authors and editors who ensure the quality of the project.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Is its transversal positioning, aimed at all health professionals dedicated to aesthetic health, an asset that will be well in line with IMCAS events?<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

This has been the DNA of IMCAS for 20 years and to say the least, today it hasn't been easy. We therefore wish a long future for this journal and we will be its relay.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

There are no bad subjects. It's the way they are treated that adds value to the subject. The editorial tone is also important because it gives identity.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A \/ I like interviews with doctors. It is always interesting to see each other's journey and to be inspired by it, and this is important for the younger generations who follow us. They must also be solicited so that we may better understand their aspiration and their fear.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

B \/ I also like a subject on a very specific theme interviewed by two or three authors, whether medical or not, to spice things up a bit, and to accept that opinions may diverge. The way of thinking and the way of reacting are precious today when we give ourselves less time for it. We live in the instant.
