href=\"#_bookmark4\">6<\/a>].<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Des \u00e9tudes indiquent qu\u2019environ 65 % des patients sous chimioth\u00e9rapie sont susceptibles de souffrir d\u2019alop\u00e9cie induite par la chimioth\u00e9rapie (AIC) [<a href=\"#_bookmark5\">7<\/a>].<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>De plus, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 34 % des patientes atteintes d\u2019un cancer du sein recevant un traitement endocrinien (AIE) signalent une perte ou un amincissement des cheveux [<a href=\"#_bookmark5\">7<\/a>].<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>L\u2019alop\u00e9cie induite par la chimioth\u00e9rapie (AIC) persistante demeure pr\u00e9occupante m\u00eame apr\u00e8s l\u2019arr\u00eat du traitement, avec des taux de pr\u00e9valence signal\u00e9s allant de 42 \u00e0 46 % [<a href=\"#_bookmark7\">9<\/a>, <a href=\"#_bookmark8\">10<\/a>].<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Certains agents antin\u00e9oplasiques, tels que les taxanes, sont particuli\u00e8rement impliqu\u00e9s dans l\u2019AIC, affectant une proportion importante de patients [<a href=\"#_bookmark7\">9<\/a>, <a href=\"#_bookmark8\">10<\/a>].<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Des \u00e9tudes de suivi \u00e0 long terme r\u00e9v\u00e8lent qu\u2019un nombre important de patients ne parviennent pas \u00e0 retrouver la densit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de leurs cheveux d\u2019avant le traitement, m\u00eame trois ans apr\u00e8s la chimioth\u00e9rapie [<a href=\"#_bookmark7\">9<\/a>].<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>\u00c0 mesure que le taux de survie au cancer du sein augmente en raison des progr\u00e8s de la d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce et de l\u2019utilisation de traitements adjuvants \u00e0 long terme, il devient de plus en plus important de s\u2019attaquer \u00e0 l\u2019impact psychosocial de l\u2019alop\u00e9cie [<a href=\"#_bookmark1\">3<\/a>, <a href=\"#_bookmark11\">13<\/a>].<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>L\u2019alop\u00e9cie peut entra\u00eener un retrait social, une d\u00e9tresse psychologique et une diminution de la qualit\u00e9 de vie chez les survivants [<a href=\"#_bookmark2\">4<\/a>, <a href=\"#_bookmark3\">5<\/a>, <a href=\"#_bookmark4\">6<\/a>].<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Cependant, les options de traitement de l\u2019AIC persistante et de l\u2019alop\u00e9cie induite par la th\u00e9rapie endocrinienne (AIE) sont limit\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>En particulier pour les personnes qui ne r\u00e9pondent pas aux traitements de premi\u00e8re intention tels que le minoxidil\u00ae et la spironolactone [<a href=\"#_bookmark9\">11<\/a>].<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0837622 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0837622\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>LA N\u00c9CESSIT\u00c9 D&rsquo;APPROCHES ALTERNATIVES.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9fa6768 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9fa6768\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>La th\u00e9rapie PRP s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e prometteuse dans l\u2019augmentation de la densit\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur des cheveux dans d\u2019autres types d\u2019alop\u00e9cie, en particulier l\u2019alop\u00e9cie androg\u00e9n\u00e9tique f\u00e9minine [<a href=\"#_bookmark6\">8<\/a>, <a href=\"#_bookmark10\">12<\/a>].<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Le PRP, riche en facteurs de croissance, favorise la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des tissus, la synth\u00e8se du collag\u00e8ne et l\u2019angiogen\u00e8se, ce qui contribue potentiellement \u00e0 la repousse des cheveux [<a href=\"#_bookmark0\">2<\/a>].<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la combinaison du PRP avec du minoxidil\u00d2 topique induit une croissance significative des cheveux chez les femmes atteintes d\u2019alop\u00e9cie androg\u00e9n\u00e9tique [<a href=\"#_bookmark0\">2<\/a>].<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Compte tenu des similitudes dans les m\u00e9canismes hormonaux entre l\u2019AIE et l\u2019alop\u00e9cie androg\u00e9n\u00e9tique, la th\u00e9rapie PRP pr\u00e9sente une option de traitement plausible pour les survivantes du cancer du sein souffrant d\u2019AIE.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Ainsi, notre \u00e9tude pilote contr\u00f4l\u00e9e randomis\u00e9e, impliquant 27 survivantes du cancer du sein atteintes d\u2019AIE ou de AIC persistante qui n\u2019avaient pas pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment r\u00e9pondu aux traitements conventionnels de l\u2019alop\u00e9cie, cherche \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et l\u2019innocuit\u00e9 du PRP dans cette population.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>En g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des preuves empiriques dans le cadre de notre \u00e9tude, nous visons \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9largissement des options th\u00e9rapeutiques disponibles pour les survivantes du cancer du sein aux prises avec l\u2019AIE et l\u2019AIC
